About Me: Christina Nugent

 

My obsession with real estate began with my first home purchase in 2001 when I stopped renting and later sold the home and profited my 1st $150K.

As a 20-year sales executive, I have been in the industry since 2011. A few of my major accomplishments include running Trulia's #1 revenue office and consulting top realtors & broker-owners for Zillow.com. With that type of expertise, I made the decision to solely focus on becoming the local expert Realtor in Denver to Colorado Springs market.

Colorado has been my home for 20 years and I have loved Castle Rock as a resident. I know the local communities and have diverse skills to flex in most residential scenarios from new builds, previously owned homes, luxury properties (where I started), to investments.

I have gratitude for my life with Gareth, my husband, and being able to share it with our children Kaitlyn, Natalie, and Britain and our 3 dogs, Ranger, Peyton, and Surrey. And yes, Peyton is named after our famous ex-QB, being a huge fan since he started with the Colts. I have an appreciation for the outdoors and love spending time with family and friends.
